I love a good challenge! Since my marathon is in a month and then I don’t really have much on the schedule, I thought this challenge that lasts until the end of May would be a great one for me! What’s also great is you can join in too! There is also a Facebook group you can join to help keep you accountable. People are already on there posting great recipes, workout results, an being super motivating (one thing that really helps me!)
So, what is the Lorna Jane fit challenge?
It is 12 weeks of fun that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The great part is, you don’t have to be a member of a gym to join in. All of the workouts are easy to follow and can be done in under 30 minutes, so no excuses ladies!
