Happy Sunday! Honestly, this week there isn’t a ton to report since I came home on Monday sick after Healthy Living Summit. I did lots of sleeping and nose blowing, and was finally able to run Friday, but that was my first workout since Sunday. Let’s recap, shall we?
Proof I actually ran in Boston. Did you ever doubt me?

Sunday: 3 mile fun run at Healthy Living Summit
Monday: traveled home, let the sickies begin (obviously, rest day)
Thursday: WANTED to workout but knew if I wanted to run the next day it was a bad idea
Friday: 8 mile run
Saturday: Beast Body Bootcamp and 20 minutes stationary bike
eh. What can you do? It happens. 11 miles running for the week isn’t awful….well, two weeks before a half marathon it is, but I hadn’t done weights in a week, and I wanted to go into my race strong. Oh well! Rolling with the punches over here. I still have some lingering sniffles, but am hoping to tackle 11 miles tomorrow as my last (and only) double digit run before the half. I can’t believe it’s finally here! Have a great day everyone.
