Good morning! It’s time again for my weekly workout recap. If you are new to the blog, Sunday is the day when I post my workouts from the past week, instead of posting them daily. It’s a good way for me to keep everything together and if I need to go back and check something I know I can always look on my Sunday posts. Check out how my week went!
Ready for body pump
Sunday: rest
Monday: 3.1 miles on the TM, one hour body pump class
Tuesday: rest (wasn’t feeling well)
Wednesday: 3.1 miles treadmill, upper body weights and legs
Thursday: 20 minutes elliptical, upper body weights
Friday: rest for race
Saturday: 5k (recap coming soon!)
——————————————————
Miles run: 9

Walked the dogs: X’s 7 (every day this week, yay!)
Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and get ready to start fresh with a clean slate tomorrow!
QOTD: Do you schedule your workouts in advance or wing it?

I follow the Hal Higdon training plans. Today is the last day of my 10k training and I start my half training on Monday. I usually just kind of wing my cross training workouts, depending on what I’m in the mood for (zumba, yoga, spinning) and what time allows as well.
I do the same with cross training!
I’m often surprised how often I go back to my weekly exercise recaps as well! I’m always impressed with how balanced your weekly plans are. I’m working on adding in more pilates and strength training to my week too!
thank you! I do try.
I need to get back into yoga!
I follow a marathon training plan my coach put together for me, however this past week I had to rearrange it a bit due to the weather
dang weather! lol
Great week girl, lots of PR action! The weekly roundup is up on my blog today
already linked up!
great job walking the dogs every day! i’m trying to make that a habit too!
the dogs are much happier!
Love your workout week recap. I usually have my workouts plan as I follow a program that has set cardio and weights days but then I do unplanned extra runs, circuits and Pilates.
thats great!
Love the new look and title!
thank you!
