So on Sunday I typically do a weekly workout recap…but I literally haven’t worked out a single time this week! This hasn’t happened in a very long time, but I knew in order to get well I needed to rest and not prolong my cold.
I feel SO much better, but can’t get rid of this nasty cough. I have been sleeping sitting up all week and still sound like a frog when I talk.
I am hoping to go for a long power walk tomorrow then lift weights Monday. I really am ready to get back into the swing of things and miss the gym!
